Discomfort is typically minimal. The injection process is quick, and some formulations contain a local anesthetic to enhance comfort.  Results vary, but generally, the effects of Botox and Jeuveau last three to six months. Regular maintenance treatments can prolong the results.  Initial results may be noticeable within a few days, with full effects appearing after about two weeks. Side effects are generally mild and temporary, such as bruising or swelling at the injection site. Serious side effects are rare but can be discussed with your healthcare provider.
